Welcome to St. Patrick's 2026/2027 Faith Formation Registration In order to register for Religious Education, you need to be registered with the Parish. Your Parish ID# is on the envelopes you receive. If you do not receive envelopes, you are not registered with the Parish and you need to do that first by going to the Parish website [www.stpathuntington.org]. Click Our Parish and then Parish Registration. Please fill out the Registration form and follow the instructions to submit online. Please fill out All the information on the registration form and use the FAMILY NAME to register your child. Fees are made using Vanco Payments online services. Class size is limited and days and times fill up quickly. Students placements are determined by the date of registration and the number of catechists available. Volunteer catechists (teachers) receive a discount in tuition. If you are interested in teaching, please call the office instead of registering here online. Please indicate in the Remarks section if your child has any special needs (i.e. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.). Religious Education Fees: Single Child - $325.00 Two Children - $425.00 Three + Children - $475.00 In Addition with accordance per grade: Sacramental Fees 2nd Grade Communion - $175.00 8th Grade Confirmation- $275.00 5th Grade Bible Fee- $35
